Online orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 am-5:30 pm EST, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, and provide all address details, including apartment/suite/unit number. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with your order # and purchase summary. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled.
Please note that Nine Lives Boutique is not responsible for any product loss and/or delays of orders following shipment from our store to the shipping address. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order.
